JewelVi keeps all rights in its platform, source code, algorithms, interface, documentation, trademarks, templates and pre-existing assets. Subscription fees buy access rights, not ownership of the platform.

The jewelry store or its customer, as applicable, keeps the rights it lawfully holds in sketches, photos, logos, reference materials and specifications submitted to JewelVi. Uploaders confirm that they have the rights and permissions needed for processing and that the materials do not unlawfully infringe anyone else's rights.

As between JewelVi and the subscribing store, and to the extent transferable and permitted by law and third-party terms, JewelVi assigns to the store any rights JewelVi may have in store-specific Outputs generated through paid, authorized use. This does not transfer JewelVi's platform intellectual property, third-party licensed assets or rights belonging to others. No assurance is given that a purely AI-generated Output qualifies for copyright protection.

Whether the store or its customer ultimately owns a commissioned jewelry design is governed by their own agreement. JewelVi does not decide or transfer rights between them. The store must obtain the customer's authorization for use, manufacture, reproduction and sharing.

AI, 3D and font technologies used by JewelVi (Google Gemini, Meshy and Google Fonts) are provided under their own terms, which permit commercial business use of generated outputs. Stores must not use Outputs in ways those providers' published usage policies prohibit.

JewelVi processes inputs and Outputs only to provide the requested service. JewelVi will not publicly display confidential designs, publish customer images or use identifiable store or customer content for marketing without separate permission. JewelVi does not use store content to train its own AI models; AI providers' use of inputs is governed by their business terms described in the Privacy Policy.

Send intellectual-property complaints to legal@jewelvi.com with: identification of the work, the disputed material and where it appears, the basis for the claim, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. JewelVi may remove or restrict content while it reviews the complaint and will follow applicable notice-and-takedown procedures.

Stores may display "Powered by JewelVi" as provided in the application. Neither party may imply endorsement or a partnership beyond the actual contractual relationship.
