Customer Design Approval & Electronic Signature Terms

Version 1.0 · Effective October 22, 2026 · Prepared for review by New Jersey counsel.

1. Parties and purpose

These terms govern how a jewelry store uses JewelVi to present a proposed design to its customer and record the customer's electronic approval. The jewelry store — not JewelVi — is the seller and manufacturer. The store's name appears on the approval, and its purchase terms are provided separately.

2. What the customer reviews

Before signing, the customer is shown the design version being approved, its images or 3D preview, description, metal, stones, sizes and measurements, and any price or quote the store has entered. Anything missing should be resolved with the store before approving.

3. Preview limitation

AI concepts, 3D images and try-on are illustrative. Physical jewelry may differ because of manufacturing methods, materials, lighting, stones and final fitting. The jeweler confirms production feasibility and final dimensions.

4. Electronic signature consent

By checking the agreement box and signing, the customer agrees to use an electronic signature for this design approval and understands that the electronic record is stored and shared with the jewelry store. The customer may ask the store for a copy at any time, including on paper, and may choose to sign on paper instead. Where federal or state law requires additional consumer disclosures for electronic records, the store must provide them.

5. Scope of approval

The signature confirms that the customer reviewed and approved the specific design version and specifications shown at the time of signing. It does not by itself authorize payment, waive legal rights, accept undisclosed changes, or replace a separate sales or manufacturing agreement.

6. Changes after approval

Material changes after signing require a new design version and a new customer approval before manufacturing. Approved records cannot be edited: JewelVi preserves the version, time, signer name, signature image and specification snapshot.

7. Production and disputes

The jewelry store alone sets production schedules, deposits, cancellations, returns, alterations and warranty terms under its own customer agreement and applicable law. JewelVi does not process the customer's jewelry payment and is not a party to the sale.

8. Record and delivery

The store can send the customer a link to the approved design and a downloadable PDF. Approval records are kept as described in JewelVi's Privacy Policy.

9. What the record contains

Each approval records: the store, the customer's name, the project and design version, the specification snapshot, the signature image, the date and time, and the version of these terms that was accepted.

10. Contact

Questions, changes or withdrawal before production: contact the jewelry store directly. JewelVi privacy: legal@jewelvi.com.
