JewelVi LLC

Subscription & Billing Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective October 22, 2026 · Prepared for review by New Jersey counsel.

1. Plans and included use

JewelVi offers three plans. Every plan includes access to JewelVi's core platform features, authorized staff access and the paired-tablet allowance recorded on the store's license.

• JewelVi Professional: $299 per month or $2,990 per year, with 100 successful AI creations included in each monthly usage cycle.

• JewelVi Business: $499 per month or $4,990 per year, with 300 successful AI creations included in each monthly usage cycle.

• JewelVi Enterprise: $899 per month or $8,990 per year, with 750 successful AI creations included in each monthly usage cycle.

Fees are paid in advance. Annual subscribers receive their plan's included creations in each monthly usage cycle, not the whole year's creations upfront. Monthly usage cycles start on the day the store's license was activated. If a signed Order states different terms, the Order controls.

2. What counts as a creation

A creation is one successfully delivered new AI jewelry design generation: one set of design concepts produced from a brief, or one successful AI design revision. Only successful, qualifying generations are counted. Failed or interrupted generations do not use a creation. Reopening a saved design, rotating or viewing a 3D model, adjusting display settings, resizing, photo capture, viewing designs and AR try-on do not use creations.

Each store can see its remaining included and purchased creations in Settings. JewelVi shows a notice when fewer than 10% of the store's included creations remain and when none remain.

3. Additional creations

Stores may buy additional creations without changing plans: 25 creations for $49; 100 creations for $149; 250 creations for $299. A pack is added only after an authorized owner or manager orders it, JewelVi issues an invoice, and JewelVi verifies the payment against its bank records. JewelVi never buys packs automatically and never charges for overages.

Purchased creations are used only after the store's included creations for the current cycle are used up. They stay available until used while the store's subscription is active and end when the subscription ends. Included monthly creations reset at the start of each usage cycle and do not carry over.

When no creations remain, new AI designs pause until the next cycle, a pack is added or the plan is upgraded. Saved projects, existing designs, 3D viewing, try-on and approvals stay available.

4. Invoices and payment methods

When a store chooses a plan, upgrade or creation pack, JewelVi creates a pending order and issues an invoice with a unique invoice number, the amount due and a due date (normally 14 days after issue). JewelVi prepares and keeps its invoices and accounting records in QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc.

Accepted payment methods are direct ACH bank transfer (preferred) and Business Zelle. Payment instructions are shown in the store's Settings and on the invoice only after JewelVi has verified its own bank details. Stores must include the invoice number as the payment reference. JewelVi does not accept card payments, does not use automatic ACH debits, and never initiates a charge from a store's account.

A store may tell JewelVi that it has sent a payment, but that notice does not activate anything. A subscription, upgrade or pack starts only after JewelVi matches the payment to the invoice in its bank records and records it. JewelVi then sends a payment and activation confirmation. The store pays its own bank's transfer fees, if any.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions are never charged automatically. About 14 days before a term ends, JewelVi issues a renewal invoice for the same plan and billing period (or the lower plan the store chose for renewal), due on the last day of the current term, with email reminders 7 days before, 1 day before and on the due date. If JewelVi ever introduces automatic payment, it will update these terms and obtain the store's affirmative consent first.

If a renewal invoice is unpaid when the term ends, the account enters a 7-day grace period in which the service continues. If payment is still not verified after the grace period, the subscription expires: new AI creations pause, while the store's data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Paying the open renewal invoice restores the subscription.

6. Plan changes

An owner or manager may request an upgrade in Settings at any time. JewelVi invoices the price difference for the unused share of the current term, and the higher plan and allowance start once that invoice is paid and verified. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and are reflected on the renewal invoice.

7. Cancellation and expiration

A store owner may cancel renewal at any time in Settings or by writing to legal@jewelvi.com (general questions: support@jewelvi.com). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, no renewal invoice is issued, and JewelVi records the cancellation and confirms the effective date in writing. The owner may undo a cancellation before the term ends.

8. Refunds

Except where required by law, paid subscription fees and purchased creation packs are nonrefundable once service access begins, including unused creations. If JewelVi terminates a prepaid subscription without breach by the store, or permanently discontinues material contracted services, it will refund the unused prepaid portion. Approved refunds are returned to the account the payment came from, by ACH or Zelle, and recorded in QuickBooks Online as a refund; agreed billing corrections are issued as credit memos. Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

9. Pricing changes and taxes

A price increase applies only at renewal and only after at least 30 days' written notice, unless a longer period is required by law. Prices do not change during a prepaid term without the store's written agreement. Taxes, where legally due, are shown separately on the invoice.

10. Account and device limits

Each store's license states the number of paired kiosk tablets allowed. Adding tablets requires JewelVi's approval and any agreed charge.

11. Billing disputes and contact

A store that believes an invoice or payment record is wrong should write to legal@jewelvi.com within 60 days of the invoice date, with the invoice number and bank reference. JewelVi will review its bank and accounting records and respond in writing within 30 days. Undisputed amounts remain due while a dispute is reviewed. A store should contact JewelVi before starting a bank or Zelle reversal.
