Cookie & Tracking Notice

This notice describes cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used on the JewelVi website and application. It reflects a review of the application completed for this version.

JewelVi does not use advertising cookies, conversion pixels, cross-site tracking, analytics tools or session-replay tools on the website or the kiosk. Because every technology JewelVi uses is essential to providing the service, JewelVi does not show a cookie consent banner.

• Sign-in session (browser local storage, key beginning "sb-"): keeps staff signed in. Set by JewelVi via Supabase. Kept until sign-out or expiry.

• Tablet pairing token (local storage, "jv_device_token"): identifies a paired store tablet. Kept until the tablet is unpaired.

• Kiosk session reference (local storage, "jv_kiosk_session_id"): lets an interrupted customer session resume on the same tablet. Removed when the session ends or is replaced.

• App recovery flag (session storage): prevents repeated reloads after an app update. Cleared when the tab closes.

• Offline app files and try-on model cache (browser cache and service worker): store the app's code and try-on tracking files so the kiosk loads quickly. Contains no personal information.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and try-on tracking files are loaded from Google and the jsDelivr network. These services receive the device's IP address and browser details when the files are downloaded. They do not set advertising cookies through JewelVi.

You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing it signs staff out and may unpair a kiosk tablet. If JewelVi ever adds optional technologies, it will update this notice first and offer a working choice to accept or decline them, without blocking essential features.
