AI & 3D Jewelry Design Disclaimer

JewelVi provides AI-assisted design and visualization tools. AI images, generated 3D models, gemstones, metals, textures, proportions, measurements, placements and renderings may differ from physical jewelry and can include artifacts or inaccuracies.

Outputs are not engineering drawings, production-ready casting files, certified gemstone specifications, appraisals, structural safety reports or independent proof that a design can be made. Even if a model is exported, the jewelry store and its qualified manufacturers must independently validate all production specifications.

Virtual try-on depends on lighting, the camera, the device, movement and body position. A displayed ring size, bracelet fit or necklace length is an estimate unless measured and confirmed by the jeweler. Lock and fit controls are visual aids and do not guarantee physical fit.

AI may produce similar outputs for different users and may reflect patterns in its training data. JewelVi does not guarantee uniqueness, patentability, copyrightability, trademark clearance or freedom from third-party intellectual-property claims. Stores must carry out appropriate originality and rights checks.

Before ordering or manufacturing, the jewelry store must confirm the design, dimensions, stone counts and grades, materials, production tolerances, pricing, legal compliance, customer expectations and written customer authorization. The store is responsible for the final jewelry sale and any resulting product claims.

Customers see this notice in JewelVi: "This design and virtual try-on are visual previews only. Actual jewelry may differ in appearance, size, fit, materials and construction. Your jeweler will confirm final specifications before production."
