Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective October 22, 2026 · Prepared for review by New Jersey counsel.
1. Permitted use
JewelVi is for legitimate jewelry consultation, design, customer approval and related business operations under an active license.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users may not access other stores' data; bypass device licensing, PINs or role permissions; reverse engineer protected platform components except where the law allows; distribute malware; interfere with service availability; scrape at scale; resell access; impersonate others; or use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination or other unlawful activity.
3. Content restrictions
Do not upload content without the necessary rights or consent; unlawful or exploitative images; images of minors without appropriate authority; others' confidential trade secrets without permission; or information unrelated to legitimate jewelry business. Do not try to generate designs that infringe known third-party rights.
4. Privacy and surveillance
Do not covertly record customers, use the camera or voice features without the notices JewelVi provides, use try-on to identify or track people, or export customer photos for unauthorized marketing. Staff must respect consent withdrawals and privacy requests.
5. AI usage and creation allowances
Do not automate bulk generation to evade creation allowances, create multiple accounts to get around them, or manipulate usage counts. Failed generations are never counted as creations; suspected usage or billing errors can be raised with support@jewelvi.com.
6. Enforcement
JewelVi may investigate credible misuse and proportionately restrict content, users, devices or access, with notice when feasible, and immediately where security or the law requires. Material breaches may lead to termination under the Master Subscription Agreement. Report misuse to legal@jewelvi.com.
